Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also be required to present your the receipt as proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@mattryogawear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
While most of our merchandise is subjected to the return policy stated above, there are some exceptions. Such exceptions include accessories, gift cards & discounted items purchased on promotional sale. These items will be considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Wrong fit? No problem. While exchanges are allowed, we treat them exactly the same way as we treat returns. Simply initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting connect@mattryogawear.com, and send us the item, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Once the return is accepted, you can feel free to purchase your item again with the appropriate selections.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process your refund. If you have not received your refund, please contact us at connect@mattryogawear.com.
